Westonfence - Dunedoo Workshop

Greetings from Westonfence,

We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates!

Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone for their support during 2023. The past year was bustling with activity as we’ve revamped our product distribution processes. Since April 2023, our aim has been to assist you seamlessly at every step … from decision making and purchasing, through to installation. We trust our efforts have brought a smile to your face through a positive Westonfence experience.

We’d also like to announce a partnership with JVA Electric Fencing and Strainrite.
This collaboration allows us to bring even more value to our customers through providing high quality, budget friendly, electric fencing products that complement our rural fencing system.

The products distributed by Westonfence includes a range of energisers … including solar, mains powered and battery operated … as well as insulators, joiners, cable and other accessories to suit.

We’re also delighted to introduce the newest member to our team, Jayden Stratton. Jayden will be your go-to person for any queries about our products and services in the Southern NSW / Victorian and SA regions. He’s eager to step out and meet you to understand more about your agribusiness and fencing requirements.

Wishing you a fantastic day!

Dingo 'Unprotection' Order.

Dingo

The Victorian Government is working toward protecting a vulnerable population of dingoes in Victoria’s north west whilst ensuring farmers are still able to protect their livestock.

Effective from 14 March, the dingo unprotection order will conclude in north west Victoria … a decision following new research, strong advice and the effectiveness of non-lethal dingo control methods to protect livestock.

Farmers in this area will be supported by a $550,000 investment to adopt alternate non-lethal control methods such as exclusion fencing and guardian animals. This funding will also support the management of other pests including feral goats, wild pigs and foxes.

We’ll endeavour to keep you updated as talks and funding around this topic progress.
